Really the last chance to get the Preview book...

I know I've posted this before, but I was sick last week, so I couldn't get the final copy to my printer. He now has it (Glenn, from Don & Glenn's swapmeet), and he's going to start printing it tomorrow.

Soooo, this is the last chance to get a copy of the preview book before it comes out. I am probably *not* going to do a 2nd printing because this is a big huge hassle.

A few questions:

On the preview book info pages I came across one price of $99 and one of $79. Is one of the prices a typo? or do you get something additional for the extra $20?

I recall at one time there was a question whether a CD would be included full of additional pics. Is this the reason for the price diff?
