What do you guys use to remove black paint on Fuchs without damaging the satin finish ?

If the wheels still have their original anodized finish, you can safely use any normal paint stripper on them. The anodizing will not be affected by stripper.

Ive been wanting to do this as well without damaging my finish. Would Zip strip be ok?

The original anodizing is tough stuff, and I can't think of a petrochemical that might hurt it. Acids will etch and stain it, and bases will tend to soften or remove it.
