Porsche 911 2000 will not crank
In Chicago area and had battery on trickle charge for winter. With change in weather attempted to start with lights but no crank. Purchased new battery and experienced same problem.
Any ideas on isolating the issue? It was not a problem when I put it away for the winter. Thanks. |

These cars have bad ignition switches. Did you mean cranks, but doesn't start up?

Also, check your fuses. And is your ignition turning over and clicking, but not crank? Do you hear your starter trying to engage?

By "crank" I mean it will not turn-over. Lights & radio work but the starter does not engage.
Good suggestions about the fuses which I will check today. |
