Out of curiousity...
I also receive the Rennlist digest; and a passing mention was made to converting a 911 to a mid-engine Chevy SB. As you can probably guess, the insults started FLYING. Why does this topic elicit such passionate responses?

See? That's my whole point; people just come out of the woodwork to TRASH whatever the conversion is. WHAT is the big deal?
