Can anyone decode this engine number
Hi,
I have looked through all the books but have not been able to find the decode for engine numbers.....so is anyone able to decode this for me........the third digit is the year but what else...US/ROW? 6391002 930/03 Thanks in advance.... Mark...... |

Looks like it's a Euro 1979 3.0L SC engine.
