Installing Carpet in the Boot

Hi Guys,

This is for a '68 912, so anything early 911 will work for me here.

I have done a lot of searching around for an answer, but I am not having much luck.

Can anyone send me to a DIY on the Web to install a new carpet set in the boot of my car?

The old carpet was completely mouse eaten, and removed in multiple smelly, disgusting pieces months ago, so no real reference for me to use.

Really I am curous about how to get a good fit around the suspension. The new pieces have some small holes pre-cut, but I am not sure where they should reference/line up.

I appreciate any help advice as well.

Thanks!

Gersh

If you don't have luck here, go to the Early 911S Registry. The site is dedicated to early cars - 65 through 73 and there are many knowledgeable people. Good luck
