Any idea what these parts are?

Came together with a bunch of spare parts for my race car. I understand they're part of the brake cooling system, but would like a bit more detailed description of what they do. I was able to find some info on the deflector plates, but nothing on the other pipe (2 of them) like parts. The manufacturer doesn't have anything on their site about these.

You bolt the pipes around your a-arm to get your brake cooling ducts up out of the way.

second is air deflection plates. if you look under you can see the booklet that says deflection
