I'm stumbling, and I haven't been drinking... Help!

On a recent drive my car started to stumble. It never stumbled under load or full acceleration but more at a constant speed below 4000 rpms and fully warmed up. I could pull over and push in the clutch and give it gas to keep it from stalling. Anyone have any experiance with this problem before. I want to avoid the shotgun mechanic aproach of buying parts blindly to fix the problem.

I have (before the problem, but not right before the problem) replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, reference and speed sensors, coil, battery, fuel filter.

My thoughts are...

Cylinder head temp sensor (I plan on replacing, mine is the one wire unit.)
O2 sensor
Clogged cat
fuel pressure regulator

Any place else I should look?

Thanks

I had that problem earlier this week and have replaced just about everything there is to replace. Your head temp sensor could be the culprit. My wrench could not duplicate the problem and said the car drives super, hot, cold, whatever.

Head temp and O2 are both candidates and very likely if they haven't been replaced before. Could be other things too but I would start there.
