Sunroof Alignment Help

Working on getting the sunroof in the car for heading to Hershey in the morning (who needs sleep )

I've put the sunroof in a bunch in the past without issue. However this time the sunroof is hitting the roof itself toward the front of the car -- leaving a big gap on the back side. I've had it in and out 4 times now without much change.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Its late and my brain is dead.
