WPOZZZ91ZGS150001 - 2358 falls under G Program produced from August '85 to July 1986 (Carrera 3.2 RoW, cabriolet). Engine type is 903/20. Is the slant nose a cabriolet?

That link doesn't work very well. Put both of my Porsche's in and it comes back that I need more numbers. Like afterburn said it might be for newer cars or just a advertising link of some sort.

Depending in what shape it's in. If it has the option sticker, does it have Option 506 listed?

Its not a 930, or at least there is no intercooler on it.

I don't think they did Slant without a Turbo...

One motor per headlight would confirm that its an after market conversion like mine.

The original had only one motor and both light "bucket" were tight together via a "pipe" going through the trunk.

Fenders on option M505 (US) and M506 (ROW) were steel.

I think i will let it slide...its 1500 miles away....
Its just starting to be a big gamble.
I am thinking it is a kit 935 on a 911 chassis .

Ask for a local Pelican to check it out for you. I did that for someone that live 2000 miles away, he bough on my recomendation pending the result of the local PPI.

Turnout that the guy that was selling a ROW car (military posted in Germany) was a friend of my best men son (also in military), its a small world...

I have been searching the net very VERY hard.
Lots of it makes no since at all (to me)
Seems its a German car.
911 - Carrera/SC Weissach/Club Sport
Not sure how it got here.
I think its "turbo Look" But no number shows that.
Its all a mystery to me.

It started life as a Carrera Cabriolet (RoW).

The sticker does not list the Turbo Look Option Code M491 so it was probably converted at some point. The front/rear fenders are probably fibreglass.

If its the car in NJ, the owner is also looking for the code definition.

The "1" in the 12 position is to indicate its a 911.

If it was a Club Sport it would have the Option Code 637.

The steel fender is good, it could have been done as "Sonderwunsche-Programm" (Special Wishes Program) car.

CarFax has 12 entry against the VIN if you want the report you need to pay them or if you someone that has the "60 Days Unlimited". It could give the date it was imported.
