Chain tensioner ID

I am tearing into my recently acquired engine 3.0L . I want to ensure that I either upgrade the tensioners or already have them. the part number on my tensioners is a bit tough to read but seems to be 901 105 519 07 (maybe 02), Can anyone verify if this is the upgraded part? or not?

there are oil lines to the compartment, but I want to be certain the tensioners were actually upgraded. Is there a better way to tell? any and all help is greatly appreciated!

It does not appear to be a Carrera tensioner. That number may be "0R".
