Ugly Exhaust
PO had installed 1 In/2out "Sport Turbo" muffler, not sure who makes this muffler? The Cat heat shield was rattling & muffler was "sagging". After I removed Cat & Muffler, this is what I have; 1) hole in muffler 2) cracked welds on exhaust pipes leaving muffler 3) broken heat shield on Cat. The Muffler does not appear to have a "mounting" bracket-so it was being held in place by Cat flange bolts ( this can't be normal)?
![]() ![]() I'll be replacing with Cat by-pass or pre muffler & new muffler. Then new chip -depending on what combination is chosen. I'm standing by for your suggestions. Brian (rarlyl8), I've looked at your website and I am interested in your products. Thanks in advance for everyone's input. Terry |

Home made.
Doesn't look too bad for what it is. Buy another muffler body and have your local muffler shop replace the one with the hole in it. You do need to fab a bracket as all that weight bouncing on the exchangers is not good.

It looks like a dynomax muffler. Try googling with the number on the muffler to find he model.
