Anyone know where I could have keys made for my doors and ignition. Car came with no keys and ignition is a pelican aftermarket one.

If you take them out and take them to a good lock smith they should be able to do them. it's cheaper to take them in.

You could call a mobile locksmith and pay a grip for him to "hunt and peck" and make keys or take out the ignition and door locks and take them to a locksmith and they can cut codes from numbers on the locks. The latter will cost a lot less and you will get better cut keys. Not sure if the aftermarket ignition switch has numbers.

There are no numbers on the door handle or the switch.

There is a guy in Philadelphia named Tony that does this. He re-keyed a replacement ignition switch based on my key so the doors & ignition would still match. I think his last name is Eugeneo or something close to that. Maybe try googling him or maybe he's on this board.

Making keys........

Take one door panel off and remove the door handle. Once it is off, you should be able to remove the door lock from the handle. Do so carefully so that the inserts in the lock stay in place. Take the lock assembly to a locksmith. He can pull the pins one at a time and get the number off each one. With this info, he can cut a new key that matches the lock. Normally, the door key will also work the ignition lock. Take the new key and try it in the other door lock and in the ignition. If it works all the locks as it should, you are home free! The cost to make a new key this way should be fairly small. Good luck!

If your ignition has been replaced, it may be a different key than the doors. You might consider taking both doors and the ignition in have them keyed the same. I actually took all of my locks in and am having a brand new key made that opens everything - 1 key. My original key was so worn down it looked like it would break at any moment. I am using Dan Roman (romeul4 at AOL dot com) for my locks. He is also restoring the complete mechanisms.
