Is this totaled 2???

Should I call my insurance company? It could effect my rates.
Anyone want two nice wheels?

That's just minor damage- a hammer and dolly should get that out.

It may take an extra week or two to put it back together.

well, if it were a coupe I'd say pull the dents and move forward. But a targa...hmmm...those are pretty fragile.

Jokes aside, what in the hell did that thing hit and did the driver survive?

That thing buckled big time in the middle.

I've heard that this " Folden en der mittle" problem, as the factory calls it, is quite common
with Targas. The repair technique involves a chain, a tree, and a 0 - 60 run in reverse.
Email me offline for more details.

Not an electrician, a TV repairman.

How I remember that, but I have to count on my fingers to figure out how old I am is a bit of a mystery, and a little irritating.

"My old man is a TV repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. . . I can fix it." was the first thing to enter my mind after dtw's post.

yikes, that'll teach him to run play chicken with a greyhound at 100mph. Now I have an excuse to spend the money on a cage.

Generally, when a car folds up like that the occupants get crushed like grapes.
That's just another reason why I wouldn't own a Targa

Hopefully the car was parked and unoccupied when it was hit by the aforementioned Greyhound or whatever. It would have been a miracle if someone was in that car and survived.
