Help .......rust
Hello Guys
I just bout a new headers for my 911 and the exhaust bolt are rust . does any one have any idea how to succeed open the bolt without barking them maybe a secret of how to release them ? help i don't wont to make a mistake and regret it after it. THX |

LOTS of PB Blaster or Kroil for several days is a start. Do a search for removing exhaust nuts and there are some great tips to be found.
Be prepared to buy new studs/nuts as it sounds like the currents ones may not be reusable.

This is a good thread on what/how to remove the exhaust.
What tools are needed to remove heat exchangers.

not tried it on 911 bolts but i have used O/A to heat them and get them off.
