Is my ecu bad ? See photo of solder joints

You can see my other thread the issue arrived when my frequency valve stoped working trying to trouble shoot and came across this what do you think?

So my frequency valve is not working

First few look fine to me but the lower right one in your last pic looks suspect like it needs more solder. Tim

There might be a small crack on the right solder joint there, just re-heat it and see what happens.

This one actually looks the worst in person looks like it overheated and blowed out. These are hard to photograph.

Solder joints.

Cold solder joints can be very illusive issues.

As a former EE in the aerospace industry,
I witnessed some failure modes that involved
cold solder joints which appeared to be
nice & shinny but resistive, intermittent or open.

For your situation, I would re-flow the ones
which seem inadequate, then re-test as necessary.

Also, component evaluation, such as discoloration
might be the next step & should also be included
in your diagnosis.
