Any body know what's going on with Rebel Racing Products? Their not answering the phone, emails and mail box is full for more than two weeks. They still have a web site.

I'll be a little more helpful and suggest a search on this forum.

It seems Clint (?) sells nice products but is short on customer service. Persistence might be key with him. I personally have little patience for this type of 'business'.

John, they owe me parts, there's still no email reply and the voice mail is still full . I tried again today twice. My car is waiting for these parts, not a whole lot of money, but it's just not a good way to do business. I don't know what's up!

I can vouch for what Tm K said. Clint is a great guy, but Rebel is not his full time gig. He makes great products and is an all around good guy when you can get a hold of him. Sometimes he gets stretched thin and is difficult to get a hold of.

Full disclosure, I have installed his RSR set up in my 930 and also in my friends Carerra. Both cars are great, Clint was very helpful with spring choices and such.

Hope you get through to him

I just received my parts today, I agree he makes nice stuff, but it's the not answering emails and phone that needs to improve. Any way all is good now, I can work on my car.

I've used them in the past. Great products but I stalked Clint like a paparazzi until he answered his phone and confirmed he had the items in stock, He was a really nice guy to talk to. Shame on the communication issues. I remember reading where a guy wanted $7500.00 worth of parts but the communication issue scared him away. He is a small outfit that needs to decide where he wants his business to go...or time will make the decision for him.

Same here to Rey, I have Rebel Racing coilovers and their front bushing set, and it took an effort to actually talk to connect with Clint. I agree a great guy and always wish him the best, one reason that I want o give him more business.

I have reached out to Max as well.

For the record, I can't help with communication issues anymore. A couple years ago I lived in San Luis Obispo so I was near him but now I am a couple hundred miles away and have a full time job. I can't reach him any better than you can.

I was fortunate. Got Clint right away and bought coilovers, sway bars, and bushings from him. Great quality and seamless installation. However, his reputation as hard to get ahold of is well earned and so is his reputation for top quality.

Clint is a terrific resource and really knows his stuff. The products are well-engineered and nicely executed. The pricing is much better than for comparable products. Phone support is great when you get Clint and frustrating when you don't.

If you have the time, it's well worth the wait. If you need it right away, it might be better to just pay more. I'd order from Rebel S Racing again without any hesitation but with enough lead time.
