Repairing Bosh H4 Headlights

Does anyone repair Bosch H4 headlights?

I just picked up a couple of H4's but a couple of the rubber adjuster plugs are split and I would like to repair them all before I put them in

Look under, Body then headlight assembly, headlamp trim.

I used 4mm or 5mm silicone vacuum hose (I have both, don't remember which I used). Cut off about 1/4 inch, stuff it in the housing (I used a bit of soap to help, it's tight) then slide the adjuster arm "finger" into it. Very tight, worked great, and will probably outlive the rest of the headlight assembly now.

You would think that with these lights being so expensive someone would have found a source for all of the separate parts.

Come on really, $110.00 for headlight ring and the parts most of us need just to get the parts, if those parts are available with the headlight ring then we should be able to buy them without the ring.
