That sounds normal to me. Most likely some tappet noise and ICV.
To confirm, disconnect the ICV while on, reconnect after listening. Remove the AC & Fan belt and for a very VERY brief moment ( no more than couple of minutes ) start, let it run and listen. Use a stethiscope or a long screw driver to the ear and place on suspect source to hear for abnormal noises.
