Car transport recommendations

I've seen a few posts about this, but can't find anything in the search. I need to ship a car from Portland, Or. to Santa Fe, NM in the next week. Open trailer is fine. Recommendations appreciated.
thanks,
H.

Transport

Call AAALL State Auto Transport Inc, they are a broker that I have used several times. 712 275 9056, they are in the Midwest time zone.

Good Luck

I've had good experiences with Reliable Auto Carriers. At least I'd give them a call for a quote as they have a fleet of 300+ trucks crossing the country and help sponsor the final awards banquet at the PCA Parade.

You can also try Uship. I have had good success with it over several car shipments and being able to deal with the drivers directly helped.

I've had two excellent experiences with Intercity... one Porsche, one Corvette. Highly recommended.

I shipped my daily driver with DAS once and had a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I have used Alpine Transport enclosed (PCAR) and open (DD) with great results. IL to NJ route in 2012 and NJ to CA route a few month ago.

Montway was rec'd to me - they are brokers but good ones. I used them for an X country move of my inop 912 - the service was excellent and the car shared a trailer with some serious high dollar stuff. Their pickup date got pushed back a bit from what they promised, but unless you spring for a higher end and higher dollar carrier with their own trucks (Intercity comes to mind) then that's sort of par for the course. Once loaded, the transit time was as quoted.

Hi, I shipped an exceptionally nice '37 Ford Roadster from Phoenix to Blaine WA by a company called Ideal Logistics Inc. They have very nice equipment; it was an enclosed trailer.

His name is Ron Kendall - Give him a call. Their pickup and delivery times were spot on and they are fully insured.

I have used Silver Streak several times in the past, with good results. They offer only open transport. Colorado based, 970-566-3832
