Just got my front bumper... some questions
I just received my new front bumper from GT-Racing. Now, I was expecting have to drill a few mounting holes... what I wasn't expecting was to have to cut out mounts to fit the side markers and all that stuff, for the annoying random things in the bumper (like that random hole in the front) to have been lovingly captured by the mould, but for *VITAL* things like the lip that runs under the edge of the bumper not to be there. What can I do? The under part of the bumper is too thin to accomodate the two plates that run underneath from the bumper and bolt on under the car... this could be a deal-breaker. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow - has anyone bought one of these and been able to make it work?
Looks like I should have paid the extra $70 and got one from MS Road and Race... ![]()

Well, it's either that or $800 + tax for a new one (a *very* good price, btw) from The Racers Group. Or approx $1200 from Porsche - anyway, my order from MS Road and Race arrived this morning, and I'm pretty happy - $400 for a fender, $375 for proper official aero mirrors, most of the parts for which seem to be new... many thanks for putting me on to them, Wayne.
