Original Radio for ROW '77 Carrera 3.0
Can someone tell me what Blaupunkt radio's might have been installed on a 1977 Carrera 3.0L (ROW)? This was a "Z" order car.
All that I remember was pulling the unit out back some 30 years ago and recall it to be a Blaupunkt. Maybe CR-2001 or Frankfurt? |

My 77 came with a Bamberg, complete with the 'mike-on-a-rope' in the console ('record' function).

FWIW, there is a '77 Carrera 3.0 brochure that shows what looks like a German market car with a Koln in the dash.

Yes, it was a German delivery. I do remember that it did not have the mic but recall that it did have the tape deck and the entire unit was contained with no external amps, etc......

Mine was a German delivery but the original radio is long gone. I remember the radios from that era and have no desire to use one again. What I was referring to was a brochure picture.
