Please Verify Correct Front Hub Dust Seal Orientation

I'm doing my front rotors and brakes, including bearings. I'm ready to tap the dust seal into the back of the hubs, but want to first verify proper orientation.

THIS is the correct way, yes?

the second pic is the right way. put some grease on the lip of the seal, and clean up the hub/rotor contact surface
