Rennsport VIN help

For those going to Rennsport, I am told Porsche will give out certain information free of charge from the Kardex. As I am not attending, if anyone can find out info about 11825178 I would certainly appreciate it. Of most interest to me is the "born on date", from my research I figure it's mid February 68 but nailing down an exact date would be great.

There was 683 911T (Karmann) made, so thing being equal (683/12=56.9 a month) would put you car around November 67 but completion date and the fact that it is a Karmann made is another story.

JJ, 11835224 was born on March 23rd 1968. My car was delivered to VW Toronto in April 68 but I don't know the date. That is why I believe it is an early to mid February 68 car. I'll get some pictures up.

One month from Production Completion Date in Germany to delivery date in TO, back in the 60's, would be very optimistic.

My 83, which was completed in November 82 was delivered in St-Catherine (next to TO) in April 83. So applying that 4-5 months delivery, November 67 for your completion date sound pretty good and is in line with the production number sequence.

Stranger things have happened. My 912 was made 10/66 And was delivered and registered in CA before the end off 66.
