I use these. Just Google "Wheel/Tire Hanger Wall Mount".

ECS Tuning has a good deal on a simple wall rack

https://www.ecstuning.com/Search/SiteSearch/Wheel_Rack/ES2719305/

I have a few of those ECS racks that I have yet to put together somewhere in my basement or garage. Just haven't made it a priority yet, after moving 18 months ago.

At the previous house, I made my own rack out of leftover 2x4, some shelf brackets, lag screws, lag hooks and some cheap chain & turnbuckles from the hardware store.
