Should be A/C lines and not oil lines in the way. And they are no problem to move. Just need to remove a few of the clamps on either side of the brackets and pull them out of the way. Not necessary to disconnect.

Here is photo of my broken one with A/C line moved out of the way. Per my other recent post, I had my new WEVO's welded on by Rennsport in Sealy. Unfortunately forgot to take pictures when it was on the lift, but they came out great.
