1981 - 911SC - trying to identify cable

Hi everyone, currently working through the weird and wonderful a previous owners has done to my recently acquired 911SC - can work out most things from other forum discussions but lost at this, green and red cable arrive from underneath into fuse box in front trunk. Green cable is connected to brake light (7th fuse from left), red cable that arrives in the same sleeve has tip taped over and is just hanging there...can anyone tell me what theirs is connected to.
