very nice!!

Pics don't do those colors justice, they're even better in person.
Rudy's a great guy and always has something new.

Cook&Dunning 12-14-2015 02:05 PM

Congrats to the guy for putting together a great bunch of cars. Well done

Nice video. Sounds like a great guy and generous with his collection to offer to show it. Is he close to Dallas?

j8tg 12-14-2015 03:19 PM

What a well done video. I sold Rudy a 930S replica,(Pelican), steering wheel a year or so ago that I had listed on Craigslist and he mentioned he had 25 plus 911's but it did not sink in until I saw this. He was really great to deal with and very humble about the collection.

Does anyone know Rudys Pelican/Rennlist handle?

Beetle88 12-15-2015 07:54 AM

Sweet collection; nice guy!

tharbert 12-15-2015 08:17 AM

I didn't see any long hoods. There was a green targa at the end that may have been but I can't be sure.

onboost 12-15-2015 08:51 AM

Rudy is cool.. enjoying himself with his toys!

Go Rudy!

I believe it's OPO on Rennlist.

Nice collection, but long hoods hold my attention, not those things. To each his own.

billydeakins 12-16-2015 12:40 PM

His collection is incredible and pretty well diversified. He does have a longhood - a 68 Irish Green 912 soft back targa. I think that's the only one....and even has a few BMW 2002's.

Nice video, seems like a great guy.

pmax 12-16-2015 02:15 PM

Is the owner here ?

RSBob 12-16-2015 06:17 PM

I still don't know what to make of any of it. As soon as I heard him wanting one of every color I asked myself, why? Why not one of each series, or a turbo from every year, or a coupe, targa, cabrio from each model run, but every color? He may be a great guy with a collection to envy, but I just don't get it. Maybe I am not supposed to.

I actually think you DO get it. A collection is defined by the collector. The point is what, a grouping of some things, usually with some sort of preference. His is color. Yours would be something else. Mine is even more complicated (based on my belief of the era and genres of the cars... probably not logical).

Rudy (OPO on RL) is a good guy, very passionate and humble.
