1972T engine bay wiring harness routing

I searched here, google, early911sregistry and could not fine a routing photo or diagram.

i cannot locate my notes or pictures of which side the wiring harness enters the engine bay from the starter area.
does it come up the right side (us passenger side) or does it come up the drivers side?
if it comes up the right side does it get fastened in the plastic clips or in the metal rubber covered retainers?

Well my passenger sits on the lhs and the car is rhd so lets stay gender neutral and say that the wiring comes into the engine bay from the starter motor side in a rubber protective sleeve. I used a section of mountain bike tubing to replace the sleeve which had fallen apart from old age on my 1972.

It then splits left and right, the section going towards the relay/fuse panel is clipped to the top of the cross member with plastic clips like zip ties with an integrated body plug.

Here is a picture:

Not my car sadly as its not a 72 but its similar. The wiring loom that goes to the rhs runs along the chassis section under the oil filter console and feeds the rhs tail light and the oil level sender. Its clipped in place by welded on body tags with plastic sleeving.
