Name the missing bracket (CIS)

That pipe (red arrow) has a metal piece connected to it which is supposed to be attached to something. It's just hanging now (wasn't the PO's fault).

thats the frequency valve. if either end is discon there will be fuel everywhere

The ends are connected fine. It's the supporting bracket which is hanging.

I don't know about the missing bracket, but that is the first time I ever saw anyone on here say, "...wasn't the OP's fault..."
