Part number assistance please
Wondering if anybody could help me identify this part number. This is the fan housing I pulled off a 67 911. Housing is aluminum just has a very strange part number. Thank you for any assistance.

Here is this chart I found here. It seems yours is missing numbers but I am far away from being a fan housing expert. According to the chart, only the very early years had an aluminum housing.

I am certainly no expert, but the cast number supports this properly.
It is a 901. with cast number of 103. Actual part number, I believe to be: 901.106.001.00 Hopefully, someone with more knowledge will chime in and correct or approve what you show above, but that is my take from what I have been reading-up on. GL ![]()

Based on the casting numbers that looks like a 65-66 alu sand cast, if I am not mistaken.

Maybe it was for one of the 64's. I believe those cars had some weird one year only type stuff.

Maybe its the missing link... I have a buyer overseas and wanted to do my diligence before the sale. I really appreciate all the assistance.
