RR V is just a few days away. But not everyone can make it. And even for those who go, there's just so much to see, both at Laguna Seca and in the surrounding environs. Plus it's always fun to see others' perspective on the whole thing: the cars, the people, and the scenery.

An c'mon, some of you are making epic road trips to get there. That'll be half the adventure.

Fresh set of Toyo RA1s arrive Monday to go on the Pooch. Need to dust it off and do an oil change. A long bout of "home remodelitis" had kept it from being well used. Thursday we head up from OC to do some camping. (Grand Prix campground. Look for the silver Pooch with gray hood, hoodlights, and an RS 3.8 wing plus a 993 with a roof rack.)
