Taillight housing wiring female plug
Anywhere to find this for relatively cheap, or just the end plug only? For the 87-89 MYs.

Assuming by End plug you mean the 6 pin through body connector, it is cast in place on the 6 pins that are soldered to the wires.
I know someone that can cast a new one on your wires.  Here are 2 being cast in molds for a new dash harness. (some finished ones in the background)  End result on a set of early year front lighting harnesses:
