I have had the car only for a little over a year and therefore most of the work was done by the PO. I don't have the records with me at work but will edit if I find anything more tonight at home.
Maintenance over the life of the car (120k): Alternator (a couple of times to get it right) Clutch at appr 100k CV boots both sides Fuel line Shocks AMM Sway bar brackets Upgrade: Rear speakers (stock ones went bad) As you can see, it has been very solid and is nearly completely stock.

I bought my 87 cab 3 years ago. I converted the power top to manual for obvious mantainence reasons. I only put 1000 miles of pleasure driving on it per year and it now hs 61K miles on it. A garage queen? - YUP! I love every mile she drives. Had a 911 daily driver. Wore it out as a utility vehicle. Have a Boxster as a daily driver. Only drive the 911 when I can appreciate the drive. Know what I mean?

I've had my 89 3.2 almost a year, in which time it's done appx 6,000 miles. Haven't had to do much at all to the car - hood shocks, new hood badge, brake light switch, 1 oil change, headlight / turn signal switch. Pretty reliable for a 144,000 mile car. Thankfully so, as I had only street parking.
I now have a garage so some winter projects are brewing.

What have I done to my '87...
1.Done 26 DE Days this year...Basically driven the car as hard as possible. I've run almost 8K of track miles, 25K total. 2. What I've fixed. One front brake line, both rear swaybar mounts( big surprise), 1 rear wheel bearing, 1 cylinder head temp sensor, two headlamp plugs. two front dampers(replaced under warantee) 5 sets of brake pads. Front A arm bushings.. That's it!! 3. Maint. Oil every 3k, tranny fluid every 10K, Brake fluid after every event. 4 valve adjustments. This is a real testament to the build quality of these cars. I am still amazed at the punishment this car takes and just keeps going. Here's what's been done; SRP swaybars 23/29 torsion bars monoballs all around Recaro SPG seats Fikse FM10 8 and 9 X 17 Alcon Brakes Koni Sport shocks B&B Exhaust RSR front and rear bumper Cheers, James

What have you done to your 87-89 911?
...put about $12,000 into it! Fortunately, it's all things I wanted to do...not one that I "had" to do.
(no time to itemize).
