They are easy. Understand you will be changing you alignment settings when these are replaced. Loosen the allen bolts and the shock tower bolts and remove. Compress the shock so that it can be carefully retracted under the wheel well. You don't have to bring it out completely out from under the wheel well like a shock change. Remove the stock housing and replace with the monoball unit. For added negative camber, use the outer bolt holes to bring the shock tower inward. Tighten all bolts and get it aligned.

Hi Ron
The answer depends on who's monoball cartridges you have. The description above is for camber plate replacement type. Since you say "cartridge" I assume you have the type that fit into stock camber plates. Some of these have installation issues. Simplified installation was a key design objective of Elephant Racing monoball cartridges. Instructions are included with the product. It amazes me that some companies ship products like this without instructions.

mono-Balls
Hello,
I picked these up in a parts swap so they are used...I do not think they are the Elephant Racing style... I am going to take them to my mechanic and ask him to install since I need to get my 914 Aligned anyway... Thanks for the Help, Ron
