Whats the value on a modified 930?

87 930, shows 80k on the clock.

k-27, B&B intercooler, HKS EVC boost controller, 964 n/a Cams, compression raised 1/2 point.

C2 front + rear bumpers, side valance, and tail lights.
993 head lights, mirrors, and cup wheels.

If I have to sell, how much should I start at?

The 80k miles is yer problem. Most p-car buyers know turbos are big $$ to work on compaired to the regular aspirated motors. My friend got an 87 930...mint...super mint...(not one rock chip) for $35k with 24k miles on it, Twist wheels, GHL exhaust...other minor mods. $30-25k might be a bit much but check on autotrader.com or e-bay to see what they are selling for. Who knows? Maybe your car will appeal to someone becasue of its color, records, and condition. From what i have noticed...e-bay cars sell for more than autotrader.com cars...might have a lot to do with exposure. Price will also vary depending on where you live, that's why National advertisement might bring you more money than local. There is currently a 930 for sale near where i live in colorado. The guy was at $30k for like 4 months...he's down to $25k and he claims the car is near mint. (60k miles). Still not sold...going on 5 months now i think. His is early 80's. I dont remember the exact year. I don't know if he has it advertised nationaly or not but it is in autotrader. Colorado is a very popular state for porsche's believe it or not, and there are very few turbos for sale here.
