Waking up a 87 turbo
My buddy has a 87 turbo with 30,000. One day his son decided to take it for a ride and got a ticket going 123mph. My friend hid the keys and forgot where he put them. It had a funky alarm system so the car didn't move for two years. One day last month his fridge went, he moved it and there he found his keys behind the fridge. It's time to get the thing back on the road unfortunately it's been sitting there with ethanol in it. I'm thinking drop tank, clean lines, Check fuel pumps (I believe the turbo has two right?) where is the second one located? Maybe new fuel accumulator, a little oil in the plug holes, crank over by hand for a bit? Check exhaust for critters. Am I missing anything? Anyone have any other procedures that might help so we don't damage anything. What should be checked with the fuel injecton system? It's probably close to a six figure car and obviously we don't want to damage anything. Thanks for all the knowledge you guys share.

One fuel pump is by the steering rack between the front wheels. Second is just inboard of the driver's side rear wheel.
