It has the letters Bilsten stamped around it on the high spots of the flutes. also OBP on one flute

that was exactly what I thought when I first saw it. very cool design & quality parts/production. try posting it in off topic or look up thom, widebody911 he's a restorer of vw buses and would likely know if it's a dub piece... might even offer you 10 cents on the dollar for it before you figure out what it's worth..
