Here is the heater relay located in the engine compartment-Driver's side.

Here are a few "Hints).

In order for the foot well blowers to work, the engine compartment
heater motor must be on.

Also a possible concern.

Good luck,

Gerry

No,

The foot well blower speeds are controlled by the console mounted rotary switch.

Okay
here is what I got so far,,every things I tested did passed...no failure
what is next?

I plugged the relay back in and turn the key on engine at start mode and lift the red level up for rear blower motor to come on ..and rotate the rotary switches control the footwell still is not working

well there was something I am not sure if this is right..When I jump the wire from the pin 3 and 4 together, the footwell motor was running at slow speed on position zero .than I rotate to position 2 the same speed, position med ,it got faster and rotate max even faster .is the Okay

Have a look at this thread.

Also, shorting pins 3&4 bypasses the relay.

You need to find out why that relay is not engaging.

As per my post, I don't recommend this,
or, shorting pins 3&4.

It would appear that you are missing the
ground to pin #2, or 12v to pins 5-6-7, or 8.

The 12V to the Reed switch coil next to the relay
(right side), activates the Reed switch,
as shown in the pics I sent.

Auto heater control switches

Hey Gerry
I did some more tested .... I disconnect the autoheat control plug from engine bay harness and I power up 12 volt to auto switches ,the footwell motor came on...

I have two switches ,what are they and do?
I connect the 12 volt to the wires ,white/blck trim and black ( white switches) and the footwell motor works

I double check
The funny part is ..I bridge the wire to pin 3 and 4 the auto switches works ,I was able to change the footwell motor speed
PS I did bypass the relay no change

Wiring.

Shorting pin #'s 3&4 bypasses the relay.

Shorting the black/black white wires bypasses the rotary switch.

Contact "Ramp" & see how he did.

Ramp posted this from the beginning #1 ( Pin 9 to Pin 7 = 12v with levers up. Levers down actually had .07v, not fully zero)
afterward #2 (Pin 9 to Pin 7 = HAS 12V REGARDLESS OF LEVER POSITION)
Now I am confused..so far item one is what I have now..

Thanks Guy......
I found the problem ..it was the heater relay...you have to open up inside the relay and see if any bad solder or contact point...between the pin#3 and 4
