Front Splitters/Spoilers/Valences
I was wondering if anyone out there has fabricated their own splitters/valences/spoilers for the front air dam?
In my 930, even though the car is lowered, I the car still wanders at around 150mph on the track. I'm toying around with the idea of extending my front spoiler with an aluminum piece that I can bolt on when I get ready to go to the track in order to get some more front downforce. Anyone else fabbed anything that is either permanent or removable? Brian My 930 |

![]() Bolt-on chin splitter. I've torn two off already. ![]() Although, if your car is drifting, and you already have the factory front spoiler, then I'd suspect you'll need some stiffer-than-stock suspension pieces to get the feel you're looking for. Also, how old are your bushings and shocks?

This is Green 912's splitter. Pretty darn cool, I think.

Thanks for the pics. If anyone has any more - let me know.
Jack: I am running stock suspension, and the bushings are fne, but are stock also. I honestly think that it is a produce of airflow across the front-end, which I need to take more control of. Thanks for the replies. Brian |
