What is this door part called?
What do you call the top of the door trim? (red arrow on it) Meaning, if you were looking to buy two new ones, what would you search for?

Don't know but if it is a separate piece I would call it a upper door panel. Otherwise it's just an area of the door panel and has no name as far as I know.

It's called a front cover strip. To look up names and part nos Google Porsche Classic, select model and year and scan the PDFs.
