So my good friend is gettin hitched in Flushing, NY and I was wondering if there are any Porsche Gang Meets the weekend on June 18 or any 911 worthy places to visit?

You can run out to the old OBI parking lot by Career state par every Sunday morning. All kinds of cars, rods and p cars gather there, but you have to get there very early .

As said above Sunday morning at OBI on Ocean Parkway by Jones Beach is the closest place to Flushing I would have gone this Sunday with my 930 but I have to work. Other than that there is also Yorktown if you feel like taking a drive but you have to leave early to beat the traffic over the bridge.

Thanks for the thread Draco and oldman went to that c&c this morn. Nice!! The RR does go to oyster bay and the Collector Car Showcase is something to see.
 To get to the OBI you'll need a car.

Too bad you weren't farther upstate Draco. Lorenzo estate on Cazenovia Lake is having a car show this Sunday. Lots of Porsches and interesting euro cars there. Beautiful setting as well. My buddies and I are taking our Porsches there, and in the afternoon, taking off for Jay Peak for a couple days. Woohoo!!!
