Ignition questions (plugs and rotor) with pics
Hi Pelicans:
Some questions related to ignition in my '83SC with about 161k on the clock... I've replaced the rotor, and it seems like the contact point on the superseded part has quite a bit more surface area. See pics. Old is Bosch 04017, new is 04163. I'm not noticing any performance difference, and yes I changed the cap as well. Any opinions as to the difference here? Next, I've replaced my plugs, about a year and maybe 5,000 miles old. The pic shows cylinder order. How do they look? Thanks, Pelicans! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
