Don't tell me the movie is departing from a fairly impressive and faithful depiction of the book! I have to admit, the first movie was incredibly faithful to the bood.

Excellent. I noticed it yesterday and used it immediately and successfully. Thanks for becoming even more UF and thanks for getting my Xmas presents to me in time. I ordered late but you guys got my order out the door same day. Kudos.

Who knows how elven bowman march into battle, but since Tolkien was silent on it in TT, I'd rather leave it out. What I do not imagine is them marching like the freakin' 3rd Reich. Elves are not disciplined, they're intuitive and natural. Brave and cohesive, but natural. I imagine them more swarming into the the castle in small groups and taking up posts.
I would have laughed, but I was too pissed off. Anyway, I'm done with TT in this forum, sorry. It was still good of course, better than any other movie out right now.

The data in the CD-type disc decodes easily into ASCII computer text as follows, using 8 bit binary:
*
"Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES. Much PAIN but still time. (Damaged Word). There is GOOD out there. We OPpose DECEPTION. Conduit CLOSING (BELL SOUND)”
*
The damaged word would appear to be intended as “BELIEVE”.
