Hmmmm could I do that during say a valve adjustment? Or do you have to take more of the motor apart. Love to have the RSR seals on my 84. How much does the service cost roughly?

Yes!
It can be done on a Valve adjust session. Just simply unbolt the shaft's pinch bolts with a 5mm & 8mm long handled Allen Wrenches, you will need to shorten the tip of the 8mm to fit the side to side shafts. Slide them out and send both rockers and shafts to DRC for a refurb. He would appreciate it if you could remove the pinch bolts/nuts and elephant feet of the rockers. No need to worry about keeping them in order the shafts are polished and rockers will get new honed bushings NOTE: on install, the torque is 20ft lbs not 13 as stated in the Bentley or PAG, 13 is for new cam towers ( if you can find one, they are nla ).

My pleasure.
It is a tight space, just make sure you put a towel under the valves just in case you drop the shafts as they will be slippery. I found the spark plug boot remover tool to be quite helpful to grab the shafts and at times you can use the empty space at the adjacent shaft hole to help manipulate it out/in
