help in seat identification

Does anyone recognize this seat? It is a fabric cover stretched over an aluminum tube frame with a foam covered "sub-cover".

Please see pics below. I will remove the outer cover and get pics of the frame structure. However I have not found any markings or stamped numbers. Some one wrote in white grease pencil on the bottom - but I can not make it out.

The mounting rails were custom made and not a part of the seat originally

Am guessing Mark... it has a 356 look to it.
