sunroof problems

Hello. I have a question. While my sunroof is closing. I have to push up on it to close are it will rub the top of the roof. also hit the rail thing before closing. What could the problem be thank you very much.

For lack of a better word, there are "actuators" that at the end of the run forward for the roof... lift the rear up. Am not an actuator surgeon so exactly what might be the issue with them I cannot say. Not sure how the lift issue and rubbing are connected. If you could post a pic... that would surly help.
