3.2 Conversion in 1973 911 Help?

I am sure this swap has been covered to death but I cannot find THE thread that covers wiring and fuel delivery when installing a 3.2 with DME into an otherwise stock 1973 911 with 915 trans.
Can anyone lead me to the right thread(s)? Thanks...

You should be able to follow along with any install. I know I've explained in a couple posts on the wiring harness and what you have to wire for.
73 has less information coming off the engine so you have to be selective in the mating of the engine connector and the chassis plug

I did this a couple years ago with my '72. Not sure about THE definitive thread. There are many threads. There is more than one way to configure some of this stuff as well, e.g., fuel pump location. Overall, it was a pretty straightforward process. Let me know if I can help.

I can help, I have detailed pics and docs for a 3.2L into a 73 tub! PM me your email I'll zip up the docs and email them. You'll have everything you need for the DME harness. I don't have the details for alternator wiring since that was already done when I got involved.

I saw your write-up and you mentioned this:
"The 3rd harness (yellow arrow) has 4 wires. 2 blacks, a yellow, and a black/violet."
What did you do with the yellow wire in that group? Often I've seen this wire ignored not hooked-up, but it should be.

Great write-up!

Very informative.
I have a car that already had this done and I wasn't sure about some things. This is a great help.
