3.0 top rebuild options

My cracked air box fix turned into a top end after I found 4 cylinders with bad leak down due to broken rings.

So, while Im in there...
My Mahle cylinders are good so do I put in 9.5 or 9.8 CR with a 964 grind cam?

Or, go bigger bore P&C?

Already have SSI and backdate exhaust.

Need some guidance and appreciate anyones comments.
