I mounted mine on the hood near the windshield along the inside of one of the ridges. |

I have the Sirius slim line low profile antenna between the wipers, works like a champ. I made sure I could get Howard before I even had the car running.

Same location for mine. XM tho, can't stomach Stern, glad to see him drowning in low ratings. I'd send back Sirius if you can, and get XM, they'll be around after Sirius tanks.

Umm...read a paper. Only 3-4 million of his 12 million listeners followed him. Sirius is on the edge, and CBS is suing Stern for 200M, and will win.
Ridiculous is how you spell ridiculous, bell.

Two sides to every story. I read the paper and between the lines. 4 million people PAY to here Stern and last I read Sirius is still signing up subscriptions. The XM rate of new subscriptions has fallen behind Sirius and Sirius now has a new deal with VW.
Sirius isn't on the edge and I haven't seen that in the media. Pretty unanimous legal consensus is that CBS won't win. They could have pulled the plug at any time. Spin is how you spell spin, bell out!

I have my low-profiles mounted inside on the dash on our 911's . Oh, Infiniti has also reached an exclusive deal with XM on their vehicles in '07....I found that strange. It will be an exclusive deal with the XM traffic through the Nav. system (will give # of parking spaces available in parking lots that use sat. tech. like many airports)...I have BOTH XM and Sirius, although I prefer XM.

Copy that and BTW I don't even listen to the radio when driving the P-car. So nothing to get too excited over

Well VW offers a choice between the two, but back on topic...if you have a cab someone posted last year a picture of his "periscope" third brake light with LEDs installed. The guy later found out that it had the XM antenna mounted behind the LEDs. Nifty little trick and very repeatable.
